Born May 1, 1982 outside Pittsburg, PA. When he was two years old he was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a degenerative disease, causing the weaken of muscles. Soon after Tommy, with his sister and parents, moved to Leesburg, VA, where he lives to this day. At age ten, Tommy was confined to a wheelchair and at age 20 he want on a ventilator. He graduate from Loudoun County High School and has a Graphic Design Degree from Northern Virginia Community College.
